Terms of Use
These terms cover your use of Plate & Page on iPhone, iPad, and Mac. They are meant to be clear and short.
The app
Plate & Page is a personal cookbook and meal planner from Alessandro Trupo. It stores your recipes, plans, and groceries on your devices and, if you enable it, in your iCloud account.
License
Downloading Plate & Page from the App Store gives you a personal, non-exclusive license to use the app. You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, or misuse the software except as allowed by law.
Free and Premium
The free edition includes starter recipes and three reviewed imports. Premium is a one-time In-App Purchase that unlocks the full cookbook features and supports Family Sharing through Apple. There is no subscription.
Purchases
Purchases are processed by Apple under Apple’s terms. Restore Purchases with the Apple Account that bought or shares Premium. Refund requests are handled by Apple.
Your content
You keep ownership of the recipes and other content you add. You are responsible for having the rights to content you import. Plate & Page does not claim ownership of your cookbook.
Privacy
How the app handles data is described in the Privacy Policy. The app has no ads, third-party analytics, or custom account system.
Availability
Features that rely on Apple Intelligence, Image Playground, or other system services are available only on supported devices and OS versions, and only when those services are enabled.
Disclaimer
Plate & Page is provided as-is. Cooking, nutrition, allergen, and dietary information in the app is for personal organization only and is not medical or professional advice. To the extent allowed by law, Alessandro Trupo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
Changes
These terms may be updated when the app or its policies change. The date below shows the latest revision. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
